We have an Apollo heating system and the water tank had to be replaced. Johns Plumbing was great every step of the way. They came and diagnosed the issue and replaced the tank. They are very professional and answered all our questions. Gave us a quote and that is how much it cost. No extra add on. Very polite, kind, understanding, and helpful. They arrived when they said they would and performed great work. They were recommend to us by a friend and now I would recommend them to others.

Johns recently replaced our water heater. The service was great, price was very fair. I'm retired Army and I appreciate that they also gave me a military discount. Cameron led the installation. He and his team members did a great job. Were a pleasure to work with. Cameron answered all of my questions and I could tell that he was very attentive to detail. Their work passed the permit inspector with flying colors. Thanks guys. You represent your company very well!

As always John’s Plumbing is the best I’ve found to work with on plumbing and electrical issues. Today, Paul fixed our plumbing problem and explained what he was doing. He also advised on some possible future issues and best solution to avoid dealing with major problems. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional in his work. Very Good experience!!

Our family has used John's Plumbing, Heating and Air since 2008. My husband decided to give them an opportunity at our business, oddly enough, based on how clean and professional their trucks and teams appeared. 16 years later, we've not been disappointed. They show up at the appointed time, listen to us as we explain the issue, go to work, explain what they do or didn't need to do, and clean up the work space. The annual contract we have with them pays off in keeping the system in good working order so we have few issues in between inspections, and although it may be a different tech each year, each one is well versed in our equipment. Jordan S. showed up this week for the annual inspection he was professional, polite and efficient. We appreciate John's.

I had 3 prior experiences with these guys that were fine, didn't really have an issue with them until 3 days ago when I called trying to get a quote for a pipe replacement. I have had to call 3 mornings in a row, I have the water cut off to my house because of a leak and am trying to get this pipe replaced because this is now the FOURTH time it has leaked in the same spot. The last time they patched it, the technician told me they would send me a quote for a pipe replacement because that was their ultimate recommendation. When the leak began 3 days ago and I called, they had a note on my account to send a quote but had never done so. They didn't do anything that day after telling me they would email me the quote. The next day, I was told an estimator would come out to assess and send me a quote. I received a phone call (which i missed because i was traveling) but they left a voicemail saying that they were on the way to my residence to make the assessment. I get no further phone calls or emails, so I call once again this morning. The person I speak to sees no record of someone coming out and still no quote and I can't recall the name of the person who left the voicemail. She puts me on hold, presumably to go check with someone about something and about 8-10 minutes go by and I am disconnected from the call and sent to some voicemail?? That was the final straw for me, I have been without water for now 3 days with no information as to what is going on so these guys are definitely losing my business. I hope this was just an oversight but personally, I am not willing to deal with it.
